A project that requires a managing system that will connect between all sides involved.

Usually an Interior designer who's job is to connect between the constructor and the tenants. The coordinator manages the whole process with the tenants and delivers the information to the constructor for execution.

Manage communication with the tenants and the constructor
Be in sync with the project's schedule and status
Keep the projects' deadlines in regard to plans alterations and choosing vendors

Creating a comprehensive platform for the Tenants' Coordinator which will manage all her communication with the tenants and constructor, schedule, tasks, vendors, requests and relevant information.
After establishing the structure of the system, I decided to focus on the "Task Management" tab since it's most frequently used.
It's divided into 3 main sections:
Tenant's chat
This component needs to stay accessible for the coordinator, therefore, it stays fixed throughout the interface.
Updates
Contains updates from the tenant, the constructor and the vendors.
Gantt
Contains project's schedule, current status, deadlines, meetings and tours.
Chat
Opens on top when a conversation is conducted. The coordinator has an option to view the tenant's information through a shortened Tenant Card.
Tenant card summary
Gives fast and easy access to the most important information the coordinator needs while conducting a conversation with a tenant. This option makes the communication efficient, fast, and comfortable for both sides.
Plans
Allows the coordinator to communicate with tenants easily by writing remarks straight on the plan.
Tenants
Allows the coordinator to be in control on every aspect with each tenant.
